Currently, Nature Creation is seeking to hire Telemarketing / Survey Service Representative to work in our corporate office in Chatsworth, California.
Position: Telemarketing
Position Objective: To introduce Nature Creation products to professional medical field, such as doctors, chiropractors, pharmacies and medical specialists with samples, literatures, and references in efforts to increase Nature Creation products sales and distribution through their businesses, references and profession.
Position Responsibilities:
- This position is divided into 4 main responsibilities:
- Data Gathering
- The hired person will be responsible to get contact information of Acupuncturists, Chiropractors, Specialty Doctors, Medical Clinics and other medical services in USA.
- The hired person must have good computer experience on research and data gathering from Internet and other published or non-published media.
- The hired person will be responsible to get contact information of Acupuncturists, Chiropractors, Specialty Doctors, Medical Clinics and other medical services in USA.
- Data Management
- All collected contact information will be tabulated into the database system, sorted based on calls made, entering conversation information and updated accordingly.
- The hired person must be organized, detail oriented and precised on data entry, updates and storing information.

- Data Reports
- All telemarketing activities must be updated and recorded for weekly report data.
- Weekly reports of telemarketing activities are expected on the first day of the week. The hired person must know how to utilize Microsoft Office software and PIM (Personal Information Management) program.

- Survey, Follow Up & Offer
- Prospects must be followed-up with survey & feedbacks after accepting and using the samples. This information is crucial for future development of new products.
- The hired person will also be responsible to offer Nature Creation wholesale program to the prospects, so we can extend sales and distribution networks.
- Data Gathering
Position Requirements:
- Previous Professional Telemarketing Experiences.
- Good computer skills (Online Research, ACT!, Microsoft Office – Access, Excel, Power Point, Outlooks, Words).
- Bilingual Preferred - Spanish.
- Organized & Always on top of tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
